Intersections of Race and Gender in the School to Prison Pipeline

After taking a course called "Young Women in the Prison System: #SayHerName" in the Fall of 2020 with Professor Piper Anderson, I created a zine articulating the intersections of race and gender particularly within the school to prison pipeline. I decided to play around with stop-motion animation to create this short video below that walks you through the zine.
